Eaton Remains Top-of-class on CRN’s Annual Report Card (ARC)

It’s impossible to achieve the prestigious title of valedictorian by simply putting in one semester’s worth of hard work. Nor can this distinction be attained in a single year. Eaton earns straight A’s in partner support

Although the designation of valedictorian isn’t bestowed in the power protection industry, if it was, Eaton would certainly merit endorsement. Not only has the company once again earned a prestigious 2025 CRN Annual Report Card (ARC) Award from CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, but the PowerAdvantage program has now received a 5-star rating from CRN’s Partner Program Guide for 17 straight years.

In addition to fetching the 2025 ARC award in the overall Power Protection and Management category, Eaton beat out other vendors to take home top honors in the subcategories of Support, Product Innovation, and Managed & Cloud Services. Widely considered one of the most respected accolades in the industry, the ARC Awards recognize technology vendors who provide best-in-class products, partner program resources, partner support, and managed and cloud services. The awards highlight vendors’ commitment to nurturing and growing partner relationships, meeting partner needs, and driving solution provider success in the channel.  

Real partner feedback, real recognition

This year, CRN highlighted the top-performing vendors in 23 technology product categories across multiple criteria. Honorees were selected based on evaluations submitted by solution providers across North America, who ranked vendor efforts to design channel-friendly product offerings, develop high-value partner benefits, and foster long-term, successful partnerships. The winners were determined based on this feedback, with thousands of survey responses collected over an eight-week period ending in July 2025.
