Bring out the brooms! Eaton makes a clean sweep of ARC awards

The PowerAdvantage program has been sweeping resellers off their feet! But don’t just take our word for it – consider the fact that Eaton just made a clean sweep of the entire Power Protection and Management category on CRN’s 2022 Annual Report Card (ARC), one of the most prestigious honors in the IT industry.

Not only did Eaton take home the win in the overall category, we also beat out other vendors in all four subcategories, earning the highest marks for Product Innovation; Support; Partnership; and Managed & Cloud Services. The landslide victory marks the third year in a row that channel partners have recognized Eaton as their top choice for providing best-in-class products, solutions and partner programs to the channel.

Supporting our partners pays dividends

While any company would be honored to achieve such a significant award, for Eaton the accolade also represents the metric by which we measure our success. This started back in 2014 with our first Channel Champ recognition by CRN readers, and we’ve now been recognized by the partner community as the top vendor six out of eight times! We understand that today’s resellers have numerous choices for power protection and management – and we are highly committed to doing everything we can to ensure success for our partner community. Since the inception of the PowerAdvantage program in 2009, we’ve been expanding our dedicated support and resources, working hard to supply the optimal solutions to meet critical IT challenges, and continuously striving to improve our channel program. Our partners have experienced this firsthand, from attractive margins, recurring revenue opportunities and deal registration to the expansion of specialized training resources and marketing development funds (MDF), to the development of innovative power management technologies.

Improvements based on input

Even more, we constantly seek feedback from resellers to ensure we’re on the right path. Our focus on listening to your voice and working together for desired outcomes has contributed to our partner program remaining relevant year after year – and the fact that the channel partner community has recognized us for this for three years in a row further reinforces this commitment.

Validation bolsters our commitment

The bottom line is, there’s no greater accomplishment than being ppreciated by your customers.
And in case you’re wondering, despite having now won the ARC Award for back-to-back-to-back years, we have no intent to rest on our laurels. In fact, we are confident that our program will continue to be strengthened by the Tripp Lite acquisition, and you can rest assured that we will remain vigilant in our efforts to consistently earn the highest marks on our annual report card.
